We Will Get Powers Back From The European Union So That We Can Control Our Own Affairs

I believe that the British people want our laws to be decided in the House of Commons at Westminster and we elected people to Parliament for that purpose. We don’t want our laws and the direction of this country being decided by an unaccountable, unelected group of people based in Brussels. That is why the Conservatives will bring powers back to Britain from the EU and pass a UK Sovereignty Bill so that no more powers can be handed away or treaties signed without a referendum. I will never vote to join the Euro. I will always campaign and vote to save Britain’s independence and ability to control its own affairs and destiny.
