Annesley Will Fight Against Local School Closures

When you have a school that works well, where children and parents are happy; it is more than just about numbers. We are talking about a community – an actual way of life for the children, parents and the local community. Schools do not get their success from council directives. A school is all about the parents, pupils and teachers. It is a type of magic which is hard to replicate. I will therefore fight to prevent local school closures when this conflicts with the interests and wishes of the local community.
